Caleb Andrew Forsee

Announcing the newest Forsee, little Caleb Andrew. Born on March the 25th at 9:50pm, and increasing the family to six boys: Luke-12, Ben-9, Ethan-almost 7, Even-4, Adam-almost 3, and now Caleb. He is adorable, with lots of black hair, those wee little hands, and surprisingly long toes. Adam, the former littlest Forsee, didn't want to go see the baby after it was born. (I think he was jealous of the new baby because it was getting all of the attention that he used to have.) But after he saw Caleb and realized he could still get lots of attention by saying all kind of cute things about the baby and hugging him, it was ok and now Adam is Caleb's right-hand man. They are all so cute. (I will post more pictures asap.)

End of Tour

I know,I left you on a cliff hanger and you are all anxiously awaiting to hear about the end of the tour. Sorry. lol Well here goes. We traveled hard all day Saturday and made it to Twin Oaks in good time. Of course they had good food: fried chicken, potatoes, all the fixings, and great desert. We had a very large crowd there that night and several people from the school came to hear us. That night Janelle, Lestie, Jackie, and I stayed with the Whitaker's, which was awesome cause they live just across the road. Mrs. Whitaker stayed up and talked to us until about one in the morning. She is really fun to talk to. I bet she would be a great mentor too. Sunday morning we traveled to Evansville, where we had a good service on a wonderful Easter Sunday. After service we had to rush out so we could be at Franklin (my church) and be prepared for service at 6:30. I was a little worried, but we made it. The church that night was packed with a record breaking crowd of 189. The Lord helped us and we had a good service. Now for the best part. After we ate a good meal, I went home, not on the bus, but in our car. :-) Thanks to everyone who prayed for us on this trip. The Lord was with in a real way in every service, Strengthening, encouraging, and blessing us as well as those in the congregation. I think I can say that this choir tour, without question, was the best tour out of the three that I have been on. Brother Glick Believes this is the best tour, out of his twenty years, that he has ever had. I thank the Lord for His help.

Tour 3

Hi! So tonight I'm in a hotel, and it's a nice one too. :-) (Any clean place with wireless Internet is nice.) And with this wonderful wireless access I will proceed to blog away. Last night as I mentioned in my last blog was wonderful. The only bad part was we had to be back at the church at 7:30. We had a long day today. We traveling from NC to a little south of Birmingham, AL, then unpacked, unloaded, set up, and had service. This is the first time the school has ever been to this church, and hopefully we have made a good contact. (By the way, Big Daddy and Janelle were at the service tonight and their baby is adorable.) Well tomorrow is the worst day of the whole tour. We'll be traveling from here in Alabama to Southern Indiana. We have to be ready to leave at 6:30am. Not cool. But ha, I can't complain too much, this tour has been very easy and until Fri and Sat we have only had to travel around four hours each day. Please continue to pray for us as we travel tomorrow and Sun. Please pray for us physical and emotionally, as we approach the end of this tour, since everyone is tired, grumpy. Pray for us too that we will be able to keep focused on the service, and God will continue to bless us. So, I just wanted to check in and tell you guys hi. I'm having tons of fun and I'll see you all when I get back.

Tour 2

Ok i dont even know where to start. i guess ill begin where i left off on mon. that night we had an AWESOME service. one of the best all tour. tue we had a short drive and so we went to the mall for a few hours. that night we stayed with a lady who owned a dog, HUGE cat, collected indians & pandas, and smoked(not cool but it could have been worse). wed we again had a short drive so we went to walmart for a little while. wed night was troy Keaton church (which is always interesting) but i felt the service went very well. that night we stayed in a rich couples home(as usual). it was very nice with large windows overlooking the lake and a bathroom all to ourselves. and again on thurs we had a light travel day. we went to a mall again and a got a very cute pair of $7 shoes. ok now for the climax. tonight im staying in a dream house. big but not too big, cherry wood floors, and shabby chic decor. my exact dream home. and right now this bed is so comfy i cant stay awake so - c ya! ~ flutegirl ~

Choir Tour 1

Ok, so I'm at my aunt Carol's house so I can blog to hearts content. We're in Beach City Oh, and I'm quickly typing this before time for supper. Yesterday, was pretty rough, as far as the service goes, but I think today will be better. Sis Glick is keeping a log of all the happenings, funny stories, and unexpected surprises on this tour. At the end of tour she's going to print it out and give a copy to each choir member. So look for that in the future, I will probably post it here. Today we only had about a three to four hour drive so we got to stop at a mall for about two hours. that of course was lots of fun. :-) Tomorrow we will be traveling to West Virgina. So pray for continued traveling mercies and God's blessing on the service. Well got to go now. I know this is kinda disjointed and hurried, but I just wanted to let you know what was going on. Talk to ya later

The 5 Browns

Well, still trying to catch all you guys up here. So, here goes.

On the 28th of February Jalena, Jackie, Sarah, Lorna, Jananne, Bro and Sis Glick, Jeff, Jonathon, Ethan and I all went to Ball Sate to hear the 5 Browns. (In case you don't know them, they are 5 siblings who are all fabulous classical pianists, and they all play together. That means five pianos ten hands all at one time. Cool, huh!) It was totally awesome! I loved it. :-) They played several selections from their new CD Brown in Blue as well as a few others. It was really cool seeing them play live, just being able to see them expressing the music physically and being able to feel with them the emotion they put into it. It was also very cool because they projected colored lights and patterns on the stage to coordinate with the mood of the song. Nothing wild or crazy, just totally awesome.

You can checkout the 5 Browns tour schedule, blog, and other stuff at: http://www.the5browns.com/ Also look for some of their three great CDs: The 5 Browns, No Boundaries, and Browns in Blue.
